The organizers of Halifax 2018 are proud of their most liveable city, and want delegates and guests to enjoy their stay in comfortable accommodations. The city offers a wide array of places to stay, from grand dame, classic railroad, modern sleek, and economy hotels, efficient and convenient suites, elegant classic inns and cozy B&Bs, to new university residences steps from the Dalhousie University conference venues.

All accommodations listed below are located in and around the downtown area, and within a 30-minute-or-less walk or a quick taxi drive to Dalhousie. We urge delegates to consult the various travel websites to determine the amenities for each institution and their locations, proximity to dining, music, museums, the harbour, attractions and the like. Indeed, virtually all the places to stay listed below are visible in the above image!
